Chiang Rai is fucking freezing. Send blankets.
“effin’ freezing”? The BBC weather site reports Chiang Rai temperatures 31c max 17c min. Hardly a problem for a hardy Brit, even an ex-pat one. There are other ways of keeping warm besides blankets btw, or have you forgotten?

17c, that’s very cold!! Of course I realise there are other ways of keeping warm, but they would not let me take a gas heater on the aircraft.
